• We sell goods including Personal Fall Protection Equipment (PfPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed for specific use cases.

• Product Suitability: You are responsible for ensuring that the equipment purchased is suitable for your intended use.

• Disclaimer: Improper use of the equipment can result in serious injury or death. Training by a qualified professional is strongly recommended.

4. Orders

• Placing an Order:

  • Orders can be placed via our website or over the phone. By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products in accordance with these terms.

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Orbit Equipment Ltd.

  • To place an order browse our website and add the items you wish to buy to your cart, once you are ready to checkout go to your cart and press check out. This will take you to our secure payment page where you can choose your preferred payment method. 

• Order Confirmation:

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including but not limited to instances where:

    • Payment is not received.

    • The product is unavailable.

    • There are errors in pricing or descriptions, if this is the case we will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the order.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

• While we do our best to keep the website up to date and correct we will not be liable to changes in the price that are out of our control.

• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other methods listed at checkout.

• Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully completed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to UK Mainland. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues.

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • PPE and PfPE products are limited to return within 14 days, unsoiled, in the original packaging with all labels and tags still attached.

  • PPE products such as face masks or gloves that have been opened cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • If you received free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund except in the case of faulty or mispackaged goods.

• Exclusions:

  • Custom or special-order items (such as cut to length rope) are non-refundable.

  • PPE items (e.g., helmets, harnesses) cannot be returned once opened due to safety concerns.

8. Warranties

• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

• Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by negligence.

• All goods shall be of satisfactory quality within the meaning of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

• Orbit Equipment Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use or misuse of the products sold.

  • Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

• Your use of the equipment signifies your acknowledgment of the inherent risks associated with climbing and rope access activities.

• By purchasing from us, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

• Professional training is strongly recommended before using any rope access or climbing equipment.

• You acknowledge that improper use of this equipment can result in serious injury or death, and Orbit Equipment Ltd cannot be held liable for such outcomes.
